The inaugural Royal Logistics Corps Foundation Awards was held in the RHQ RLC Officer’s Mess in Deepcut, Surrey and our Chairman, Philip Chaganis OBE went along to present an award.
The night was a celebration of logistical achievements, developing relationships and professional excellence of the members of the Royal Logistics Corps, as well as industry logisticians and academics.
There were four award categories including, the Best Professional Article in the Review Magazine which Colonel (Retired) Philip Chaganis OBE presented to the winner; Mr John Manners-Bells MSC FCILT from Transport Intelligence.
Philip is no stranger to logistics, after serving with the British Army from 1969 to 2004 he has vast experience which undoubtedly helped him lay the foundations for one of the most successful supply chain and logistics companies in the World (IoSCM).
