IoSCM Launch Brand New Qualifications for Quality Management Professionals
The Institute of Supply Chain Management have launched brand new quality management qualifications designed by industry leaders and suitable for professionals in every sector.
Quality management has become an essential part of all businesses. Implementing quality management tools ensure high customer loyalty, increased cash flow, satisfied employees and ultimately a better business. Through quality management processes, and the consequent ability to identify weak areas or faults, organisations can constantly improve; creating high quality, high-performing products or services that exceed expectations.
From level 5 to level 7, IoSCM are now offering internationally recognised certificates designed to provider learners with a combination of theory and concepts that will improve productivity, motivation and customer satisfaction in a wide range of business environments
Based on best practice and developed by industry experts, the Institute’s online quality management qualifications are accredited by Ofqual and highly sought after by businesses and employees alike.
IoSCM is passionate about supporting professionals, enhancing their careers and developing organisations through education and training. This is one of the key reasons the decision was made to develop the quality management courses.
Head of Development, Martin Thirkell explained, “There have always been elements of quality management within a range of our qualifications, as it’s a significant part of the wider supply chain, but we identified the need for a specific and comprehensive training course that would set the standard for quality management workers across the profession.”
IoSCM’s new qualifications consist of quality management specific units that are compulsory, covering a widespread framework. The units become much more complex with each level, but all ensure a comprehensive and insightful look into the quality management principles and processes.
Upon completion of the core units, learners can then choose from a range of optional units that can tailor the qualification to ensure it is relevant and transferrable to their industry. Thus, whether you’re a quality management professional in a manufacturing, purchasing or ports and shipping environment, IoSCM allows you to custom-build an accredited qualification that meets your professional needs.
